Do We Really Want To Go Back To Normal?

Published on: 2nd June, 2021

I hate the term new normal. But I think as it relates to how we want to live and work post Covid we need to define a new way of life. Yes, I want to go back to normal, in the sense that I want to be able to do all the things that we could do before Covid. But within that I want to define a new normal, one in which I’m not perpetually on the edge of burn out, where I have time to enjoy the things that I have worked so hard for.

If you looked at your old life, what parts do you want to leave in the past? In your new normal what parts can and should look different from your previously accepted normal way of life?.
