We spend about a third of our lives asleep. We all know that sleep is essential, it’s as important to our bodies as food, water and exercise, and is vital for maintaining good mental and physical health. So why aren’t we prioritizing sleep in our schedules, and why do we continually put up with getting a shitty night’s sleep.

Well that’s all about to change, because today I am joined by sleep evangelist Abby DesJardien to tell us all how we can all start getting a better night sleep. We discuss sleep apnea, sleep medicine, stress dreams, night terrors, and so much more - oh yeah, and we also discuss why the bedroom should be reserved for just two things.
