List Your Way to More Productivity & Less Stress

We all have a hundreds if not thousands of things we want to do and accomplish in our lives, and sometimes when we look at the enormity of what we hope to achieve it can seem like it’s all too much. 

It can be incredibly easy to become overwhelmed, to get trapped under the mental weight of all your goals, and to lose focus. And that was before the pandemic started. 


The truth is we can become paralyzed by everything we have on our plate. We can easily become overwhelmed by our to-dos, and should do’s, causing us to throw our hands up in the air and say f*ck this shit. 


But that doesn’t accomplish anything, it just serves to create more stress for us, by making us believe that we in fact cannot get it done.
